Any idea where that __jb_old__ suffix comes from? (jb == JetBrains?)

Anyway, this looks like a race condition: the file being created, GWT being 
notified, but the file having been deleted already when it looks at it.
I suppose GWT could have special handling for NoSuchFileExceptions.
Would you mind opening an issue?
