Hi Chris, There are a number of weather service APIs available. Performing a web search for the term "weather API" should yield many results which you may find useful.
That said, posting in search of a particular weather service is not specific to GWT and is considered off-topic for this forum. Please only post up questions specifically related to GWT technology. Once you've found a weather service that either provides data or a widget that you could potentially include into your GWT application, you could definitely post up about any issues you encounter while trying to integrate the service into your GWT application.
