Hi Alain,

I was looking at Dikalo (Cool project congrats) and was wandering if I
could use it as a chatbox in an application for supporting our on line
visitors.

Is that kind of usage goes against your preferred usage?
If it's ok to use Dikalo to that end:
Does Dikalo offer any kind of API or url customization options? Probably an
iframe with a reduced dikalo web client (no groups)  and preassigned
display name passed as url parameters may be sufficient.
