I think Lienzo is more a bare bones graphic library ? You can create graphs 
with it, but I think too much code is needed for this.



As Jens says creating a wrapper for just the stuff you need is not so much 
work.
I created a jsni wrapper for the timeline in vis.js a while ago. And that 
was pretty easy. Also thanks to the good documentation on the vis.js 
website.

But I would still use gflot if the barchart is all you need from vis.js.
