I created a debug "Java Application" configuration with GWTShell as
main class with
-noserver http://localhost:8082/MyProject/secure/login.jsp -style
PRETTY and
VM args -Xmx512M

The classpath should have gwt jars and yours source code folders.

Thats it. It works
