Bob, I don't mean to be rude, but led you to believe there was a conversion program or plugin? I don't think there is one, at least not any free ones I've heard of. The conversion is a manual process. I suggest you pick up a book on GWT or try the samples to see how different is is from your swing app, and then try to discover how you can reuse your old code. If your old code has a good design, you won't have to touch certain classes that have nothing to do with the GUI. But you will have to write code. (imagine the 'will' being in bold italics) Some people like Cypal, and it's easy to get started with it. It even has it's own mailing list that you will want to join if you have Cypal specific questions.
