Hi Korny, Not sure if this is of any help, but there is a Class in GWT called DeferredCommand. Apparently it is executed after all currently pending event handlers have completed.... Now assuming that your Asynchronous activity is an event??? Then maybe you can utilise this Class at the end of your logic. It should only execute if your application is in a passive state, ie. all events have finished.
I have used this with an Remote Call successfully. I use it to display a table widget only after the widget has been built. The widget is a table built from a database request, so it takes a few milliseconds to build, but has a flicker. Using this Class removes the flicker.
