Your example is more complicated then mine. Try breaking ti down.
Nothing but a toggle button and a RootPanel.

          ToggleButton autoFill = new ToggleButton("Auto","Auto");
          autoFill.setStylePrimaryName("image-ToggleButton");

          RootPanel.get().add(autoFill);

Your button looks like it's in a table, and that may be causing some
problems. (Though, the FB Screenshots don't show it is). Perhaps some
formatting from that table is over writing your button some how. Start
basic, then slowly add the elements around it and figure out when your
formatting dies. Hopefully you can track down the problem from there.
