Hi Ian,
Not sure if this is still an issue for you, but if it is, have you checked
out that nothing has changed in the SubProject.gwt.xml file, particularly in
a way that would break GWT compilation / project structure? If nothing has
changed there, maybe the JAR itself is missing the SubProject.gwt.xml file?

Both of these are shots in the dark, but given what you and Isaac have
investigated already, I'm not sure what else it could be.
