HI., try adding a click listener, (For SMART_GWT  also..)
 Which ll do a close by clicking he dialog

Dialog dias=new Dialog();
dias.setTitle("");
dias.setSize("500", "400");
dias.addClickHandler(new ClickHandler(){
   public void onClick(ClickEvent event) {
      dias.hide();
   }
});
