in web.xml patterns are relative, I have given the path in web.xml,
but my application appends /B/userinfo here is my web.xml
configuration
<servlet>
<servlet-name>UserService</servlet-name>
<servlet-class>
com.test.UserServiceImpl
</servlet-class>
</servlet>
<servlet-mapping>
<servlet-name>UserService</servlet-name>
<url-pattern>/A/userinfo/*</url-pattern>
</servlet-mapping>
if I don't add it in my module.gwt.xml I get following exception
[ERROR] Uncaught exception escaped
com.google.gwt.user.client.rpc.ServiceDefTarget
$NoServiceEntryPointSpecifiedException: Service implementation URL not
specified
at
com.google.gwt.user.client.rpc.impl.RemoteServiceProxy.doPrepareRequestBuilderImpl
(RemoteServiceProxy.java:293)
if I define it in module.gwt.xml
<servlet path="/userinfo" class="com.test.UserServiceImpl" />
I tried all possible combination of appending context root like
in module.xml
<servlet path="/A/userinfo" class="com.test.UserServiceImpl" />
and in web.xml
<servlet-mapping>
<servlet-name>UserService</servlet-name>
<url-pattern>/A/userinfo/*</url-pattern>
</servlet-mapping>
same is for B, and for /B/A/ noting works.
please help.
