Hello Maarten,

   Did you try to refresh your project in Eclipse, to do so, right-
click on your project in Eclipse and select refresh. This will synch
your project in Eclipse with your file system on your computer. Also,
in Ecplise you can set filters of what files to show, make sure that
you have the correct settings.
