Hi, Can you tell me what version of Eclipse you're using, and what platform are you on? I'm going to try and reproduce this locally.
Just for my own clarification, can you describe exactly what you're doing? Are you simply dropping to a command prompt and dropping a file into a folder that exists in an Eclipse project, and the file doesn't show up till you hit refresh? Does the refresh behavior work properly for Java projects which do not use the plugin?
