The code currently exists in my own private git repository, and I'm working to clean it up to a point where we can check it into trunk. There are a few open API questions that I want to pin down before making it public (so you won't have to change your code a zillion times as I do so). I'll post a design doc in the wiki soon, along with code in trunk soon thereafter.
