Ok, we've dug deeper, and it seems like there is possible issue with
Eclipse's debugger implementation, or bug in the JDK debugging system - it's
hard to say which right now. A bug has been logged on Eclipse's bug tracker:

I'll ping this thread where there is a resolution on this issue.
