Hi, All of Isaac's suggestions are good ones. Another option would be to set the "fork" option on the java task to "false". This means that the java task will be executed WITHIN ant's process space (though using a separate classloader). This will work around the problem, but you may have to increase the amount of memory available to ant itself to get this work.
