I tell you so, because I see that your error is relative to nmcia library. I never used this lib. Do you use this libs in your project?
I think that if you add to the buildpath (in eclipse) ,all the jars contained in the lib folder of http://www.sanger.ac.uk/Software/analysis/nmica/nmica-0.7.2.tar.gz archive, then maybe you will solve it.
