Newbie myself, but here goes:
You can create a native method in your entry point class, and call it
from onModuleLoad:
public void onModuleLoad() {
...
doSomethingInJS();
...
}
private native void doSomethingInJS() /*-{
$wnd.doSomething();
}-*/;
