Hi Lance, I had the similar problem before, you can use Host Mode to debug it, those IE related errors can be reproduced in Host mode. and you can check the error log to find out the problem.
My case was that IE displays the same message when I click on the hyperlink. because I had an empty token, put a token fixed the problem.
