You don't need a Java audience here, you need an audience with people
who speak English really well.  There's some overlap between the two
groups, obviously, but a thank-you letter is not a technical document
so you don't really need technical people.

Anyway, to try to actually help you rather than just chasten, I think
you should try re-wording "I was very inspired by the meeting we had
between Kotesh, you, and myself yesterday."  The first thing that
jumps out at me is that you're using "myself" incorrectly.  The second
is that the structure is kind of awkward.  How about "I was very
inspired by the meeting you, Kotesh and I had yesterday."
