Hi ninads, The first thing that springs to mind is conflicting JARs from 1.6.4 and 1.7.0, especially if you were able to run hosted mode without problems on 1.6.4. Can you double-check to make sure that you've updated your JARs to 1.7.0 (both for your project classpath and your hosted mode launch configuration classpath) an try to launch again?
