You dont do this in gwt, but rather using a .htaccess file on your sever. I dont know the precise process myself, but its basicaly writting a few lines in a text file, renaming it ".htaccess", then putting it on the route of the sever. This file can make it so that...as far as gwt is concerned...the "/ catagory/blah" is actualy a query string "?Catagory_Blah" or something
