Hi Karim, I wasn't able to reproduce this problem using GWT 1.7.0 / WinXP / IE 8. The starter application generated by the Google Plugin for Eclipse works as expected in hosted mode and all supported browsers. Are there any other symptoms of the problem you're experiencing that you could tell us that would help figure out what's going on?
Also, have you changed the code from what was initially generated by the plugin?
