Hello, I have been studying and trying GWT for 2 weeks now. I love it. So I decided to start building something useful.
Now, I came across google app engine. For someone, who just wants to build something to learn this sounds like a very good place to install applications without spending $$$ for hosting and other resources. App engine provides data storage, authentication and hosting. GWT will give me ability to manipulate DOM using Java at the same time communicate with server-side. But is it possible to use GWT in JSP pages that are hosted on App Engine? I am confused about what will take precedence. I am sorry if my question sounds stupid but GWT and App Engine are sort of very different architecture for a traditional web developer to understand. Thank you for help.
