OK I got ot to work now using a solution I found on this site.
Can anyone tellme what this means and how this will effect further works? if you are using eclipse, try to go under Project->properties->google->App Engine and disable "Use Google App Engine" checkbox . With the above turn ON the CONNECTION wont work.
