If you want to make it available, ensure your textbox has an id - there are
commonly accepted ids like 'email' for email address and 'q' for search
query that will allow your users to access autocomplete data they entered on
other sites.
In order for the browser to remember entered data, the textbox must be
submitted as part of a form.

Also remember that this feature can be turned off by the user.
