Check out a grid filled with text boxes. That's the most basic way. It won't look very pretty, but it'd work. If you want to make it "prettier" I would fill the grid with labels that when clicked, turn into a text box. And when you click off of it, or hit enter or escape, it takes the text from the text box and fills the label with it, and then goes back to showing the label.
