Solution: i was formating my harddisk and setting up windows, and all the other stuff.
Before I tried to deinstall all Java related things (the Java SDK, ...) I deleted the eclipse. And then, after a restart, I tried to reinstall the whole thing. All other java programms were running without problems - except my GWT thing (also a new project) had the same problem.
