The doc for ImageResource says: Other methods on AbstractImagePrototype can continue to be used by calling AbstractImagePrototype.create(imageResource) to provide an API wrapper.
But I can't find AbstractImagePrototype.create() anywhere ? Not in the javadoc that comes with MS 2.
