Dalla, Couple of investigative questions:
1. Did you restart Eclipse after installing the plugin? 2. You mention there is no option to create a new "GWT" project, is there a Google parent folder within the new project wizard view? 3. Would you mind adding your Eclipse error log to this thread? Window->Show View->Error Log and then right click/ctrl click to export.
