Are the <servlet> and <public> elements in the gwt.xml file still needed with GWT 2.0? If I understand it correctly, servlet definitions go in the web.xml file, and the public directory is war/WEB-INF, so are the gwt.xml definitions needed, or are they a legacy of older GWT versions?
