Have a look at the ScrollTable in GWT-Incubator (if you use GWT 2.0 you'll have to build it yourself from SVN, otherwise you'll have to use the released JAR for your GWT version). AFAICT this is (more or less) what AdWords uses. (note that I haven't used it myself)
