popup.addCloseHandler(new CloseHandler<PopupPanel>() {
        @Override
        public void onClose(CloseEvent<PopupPanel> arg0) {
            // do something on close
        }
    });

if you use eventbus you may create your own PopupClosedEvent and onClose do
:
         eventBus.fireEvent(new PopupClosedEvent())
