Hi,
I got the similar  problem in case of "com.mysql.jdbc.Driver".
Probably this error occurred  due to the internal server problem. In
my case i resolved the problem by uncheck the "Use Google App Engine"
in
Properties->Google->App Engine. I am not sure this works.
