GWT 2.0.x is driving me crazy... I've hit upon ANOTHER problem.

I edit and compile using IntelliJ IDEA 9.0.1 and my project contains
four GWT modules.

In dev/debug/hosted mode three modules run fine, but one does not and
I get the "GWT module '{module name}' needs to be (re)compiled, please
run a compile or use the Compile/Browse button in hosted mode" error
message in my Web browser.

When I run the project in Web app mode, all four modules run just
fine.

I have recompiled the errant module and even the entire project to
hell and back... I have cleared out/trashed all output folders,
shutdown IntelliJ, cleared out it's caches, started back up,
recompiled EVERYTHING from scratch and I *STILL* get this error
message!

There are no error messages in IntelliJ to indicate what could be
wrong. I've checked all my project settings, what is compiled and
where to, etc., and any thing I try to tweak and/or change doesn't get
me past this error. And, as I said, it only happens for one module
(in dev/debug/hosted mode), not all of them.

Additionally, in the new GWT dev/debug/hosted mode dialog that pops up
there is no "Compile/Browse button," so the error message needs fixing
anyway.

I've just upgraded from GWT 1.7.1 where everything worked just fine.
I dread GWT upgrades. * Everytime* they break something else and it
takes days or longer to figure out all the issues.

Any ideas how to fix this problem are greatly appreciated, thanks.
