Hi Ben, I think you can download the latest plugins from http://gwt.google.com/missing-plugin/MissingPlugin.html
Click on the small "Plugins for other systems" link. Then use "Save as..." If you want to get older versions, you'll probably find them in the svn, as Mart said.
