In GWT >=2.0.1, you have to specify
-bindAddress 0.0.0.0
(or alternatively, a specific address)
when running development mode. See release notes:

(In Eclipse, you can do this in Run -> Run Configurations -> ... ->
Arguments -> Program Arguments)
