Is this browser case? that means is it happens with a certain browser (IE). Which version 6, 7, or 8 ? Did you try it with Firefox or Chrome?
Why do you need to do parsing of the date on the client side; cannot you do it on server side (using the full Calendar and TimeZone classes) ??? Cheers!
