Hi Fabio, What's your specific issue with Eclipse on 64-bit Linux? We've tested the 1.3 plugin on 64-bit versions of all 3 versions of Eclipse (3.3, 3.4, 3.5) and did not encounter any problems.
If you can provide a few details, we'll see if we can work out a resolution for you.
