I was just able to solve this myself: In windows this setting is
stored in the great registry deep down somewhere:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\InternetRegistry
\REGISTRY\USER\{weird number}\Software\Google\Google Web Toolkit\gwt-
dev-plugin.accessList
