Some curious.

This code works fine:

marker.addMarkerClickHandler(new MarkerClickHandler() {
                        public void onClick(MarkerClickEvent event) {
                          InfoWindow info = map.getInfoWindow();
                          InfoWindowContent contents = new
InfoWindowContent(
                              new HTML("<div
style='font-size:12px'>blabla</div>")
                          );
                          info.open(marker, contents);
                        }
                      });

This one dont works:

                 if (row==0){
                        InfoWindow info = map.getInfoWindow();
                        InfoWindowContent contents = new InfoWindowContent(
                            new HTML("<div
style='font-size:12px'>blabla</div>")
                        );
                        info.open(marker, contents);
                    }
