My project *is* under version control, but WEB-INF/lib is not (it's added to "svn ignore"). If lib/ was under version control, it would require me to also store the GAE and GWT directory trees under version control too, which I'm not particularly interested in.
I just search for a simple way to automatically copy the jars from some toBeCopiedToLib/ dir to WEB-INF/lib/ upon build.
