There's nothing like this out there per se since most of it won't work anyways. You can see where some of the Google guys faked it w/ HTML 5 stuff (local storage, web sockets, etc) at https://quake2-gwt-port.googlecode.com/hg/src/com/google/gwt/corp/emul/java/io/ and https://quake2-gwt-port.googlecode.com/hg/src/com/google/gwt/corp/emul/java/nio/, but you'll likely need to do this somewhat on your own. Your requirement is somewhat strange anyways, but if you must do it, just emulate the Java class methods you need and go from there...
