I'm using the latest code of gwt-presenter from svn, so if you don't use maven you should either compile gwt-presenter, or download the library from: http://gwt-workshop.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/mavenrepo/net/customware/gwt/presenter/gwt-presenter/1.1.1-replace-SNAPSHOT/gwt-presenter-1.1.1-replace-SNAPSHOT.jar
