Is it unreasonable to expect orthogonal behavior when referencing such contants? e.g. compare <FormPanel method="METHOD_POST"> to <HorizontalPanel align="ALIGN_LEFT"> I don't think it's unreasonable. It may be an enhancement as opposed to a bug.
