Hello, I would like to reuse the source code of the GWT article 'Large scale application development and MVP' for my own samples and articles, but there is no license information provided with it. It would be great, if it would be provided under an open source license, e. g. Apache License 2.0 or even GPL v3 or AGPL.
It would be great, if it were available in a Mercurial repository on Google Code, so it could be cloned by me.
