not sure if this is the correct place to ask, is there a OCR lib that recognize other language such chinese character or korean character? and it must not restrict on the size of the character (i try google OCR, i input a png image where i hand draw some alphabet,it dont work). it would better if the OCR does not need to call a server to parse it.
