Oh yes, there are concerns :). I'm taking a different approach however, I'm coming to them and saying 'hey I know you'll want something out of this, let's make a deal'. There is some precedent for a similar type of service called GrooveShark http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grooveshark#Legal_issues . Hopefully me being up front will help win them over.
