I was afraid that I will get the response you sent. If I can add more to the original question than it's that US urban broadband connected users will be served by servers in US and european urban broadband connected users will be served by servers in europe.
thus what's your assumptions about speed and it's effect on web page speed. (Is 1Mbps speed assumption low or ?)
