Hi Samuru, maybe you have two instances of your App running? This could be one reason. Make sure, that you close all instances, then clean your project, and retry.
The classes in the war/WEB-INF directory are only classes in your server package. Maybe they should be re-enhanced?? You can also try, restarting Eclipse, this solved several problems for me, when I had similar problems. I hope this helps a little.
